This is a great little meal that only uses a few ingredients and takes about 30mins.
You’ll need some potato wedges, 2 tins of tuna and some grated cheese.
Firstly cook your potato wedges in the oven which should take between 15-20mins at 175•c. While these are cooking make your tuna, drain both the tins of tuna and put into a bowl and add either mayonnaise or salad cream.
Once the wedges are cooked pop when into a baking dish and add the tuna and a small amount of grated cheese. You can if you like add diced onion at this point. Mix everything together in the dish and then top with grated cheese.
Now put everything back into the oven for a further 5-10mins until the cheese has melted and browned slightly.
Now serve up and enjoy. It may not sound a lot or look a lot on the plate but it is very filling.
