The final Meal Planning Monday of 2012 or does this count as 2013?

Either way here we are, I thought it would be a cheap week but we seemed to need every household item going. This weeks meals are simple and boring.

Jacket Potatoes with Prawns

Out at the In Laws

Pasta / Lamb Chops with New Potatoes

Pizza with Tuna

Steak Pie with Wedges

The final week has arrived. This time next week we’ll be in 2013.

My photo a day will start afresh from the 1st and I promise to make sure my photos are better than they have been.

This week my photo of course is around Christmas and it features my two girls.

Our Christmas 2012

Christmas 2012 was probably the best we as a family have had.

It was the first year that Mia understood presents and what Santa was all about.

Christmas morning started at about 7ish with the girls coming into our bed to open their stockings.

We then wondered down the stairs to see if Santa had been…

They couldn’t believe their eyes, I wasn’t sure they’d remember hope to open presents how wrong was I.

The girls soon got into the swing of things and it wasn’t long before wrapping paper was flying everywhere and the excitement on their faces was worth it, of course they got spoilt.

Once the excitement of opening the presents was over we headed to the In Laws for the rest of the day and the best part of Christmas for me the food.

For the most part of the day the girls played together really well but as usual the wanted to play with each others toys or the toy the other was playing with. I think they really enjoyed the day.
