I hope everyone is having a good Bank Holiday Monday and also staying dry.

This week sees a few newer things appear on the menu so fingers crossed they all go down well.

Giant Yorkshire Puddings filled with sausages and new potatoes.

Meatballs served with long grain rice

Salmon Parcels served with new potatoes and courgettes

Tomato pasta

Fajitas

Potato wedge tuna bake

All fairly simple meals but also pretty cheap which is the name of the game when you have expensive children.
