Meal Planning Monday – 22nd Oct 2012

I hope everyone’s had a good week and you’re looking forward to the last week of school before a short break?

Last week I used the slow cooker for the first time and it went ok. It’s a 100% times easier than coming home and cooking for I will be using it again this week.

Salmon Fish cakes with new potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables 

Roast Chicken with Potato wedges

Vegetarian Chilli in the slow cooker

Meatballs with rice

Quorn Curry with garlic naan bread

Fish n Chips

    Glad the slow cooker has worked out for you. I love it but better when I am out of the house because otherwise I am too tempted to lift the lid and peek!!!!
