Meal Planning Monday – 3rd December

Wow December has arrived and the countdown to Christmas has begun.

This is the first Meal Plan that I’ve done for a few weeks as things have been a bit mad around here.

With Christmas approaching its all been about saving money and trying to have cheap meals, so with that in mind here is my menu.

Jacket Potatoes with sausages and baked beans

Quorn stir-fry with Chinese noodles

Chilli salmon with rice and garlic bread

Quorn curry with garlic naan bread

Fish n Chips

Sausages with roast potatoes in a giant Yorkshire pudding.

As a quick quiz which of these meals do you think if the cheapest and which one the most expensive?

I hope everyone has a good week and make sure you check out everyone else’s menu at Mrs M

i’d love some good Quorn recipes. do you think it actually works out cheaper than cheap mince? i have never tried it but have been meaning too. B (www.playdohandpoo.blogspot.co.uk)

It doesn’t really work out much cheaper but is better for you

I think it’s the jacket potatoes too. BTW, I dislike quorn intensely as it really doesn’t agree with me. It makes me uber gassy so I’ve given up with it now.
