Who doesn’t love baking? Well I don’t but my wife has really got into it of late mainly with thanks to shows such as The Great British Bake Off and I love the tasting of what has been baked and I must say I’m becoming a pretty good tester.
As a special treat the wonderful people over at Baking Mad have given me a whole host of wonderful baking goodies to give away to one lucky reader.
With Father’s Day approaching how about some of these ideas – Father’s Day cakes or my personal favourites Father’s Day cupcakes.
The Baking Mad website has all sorts of different ideas such as carrot cake recipe and even Yorkshire pudding recipe.

A family day out is the perfect pick-me-up to beat the January blues, but the bleak weather can often put a dampener on even the most perfectly laid plans. A trip to the Sea Life Centre is the perfect solution – a great place to entertain kids on a rainy day! Your little ones are sure to be amazed as they take a journey under the sea and discover the strange, beautiful and fascinating creatures of the deep.
